Orders, returns and warranty

Questions about an order, a return or the one-year warranty go to the shop rather than to us as publishers, at the same address. Returns run for 30 days from receipt with a further 14 days to send the product back. If you bought one of the other diffusers written about here, the retailer you bought it from - John Lewis & Partners or Tisserand - handles the return under its own terms rather than ours.
